• If the company has the consent of the customer
• If the personal information has to be disclosed to a supplier consigned by the company to carry out tasks in order to provide the services that are requested by the customer

The company has taken all possible security measures to ensure the accuracy and safety of personal information.

Requests of the Person Providing the Personal Information

If the customer has a query regarding their own personal information, or if they wish to correct or delete such information, the company will respond to such requests after confirmation with the person in question.

Compliance and Review of Laws, Regulations and Standards

The company will comply with the applicable Japanese laws and regulations and standards with respect to the personal information that it holds, and will review and revise the contents of its privacy policy, whenever appropriate.
